Total Deliver Time
Standard: 5-7 working days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Express: 1- 3 business days.
Regina Skin & Beauty endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)
Delivery guidelines are estimates made by Australia Post and based on business days, Monday – Friday, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves our hands we are at the mercy of Australia Post.
How can I track my parcel with Australia Post?
- Find your Tracking Number in your dispatch notice email.
- Enter your Tracking Number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Delivery
As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
